ALL SALES ARE PAID IN ADVANCE. THERE IS AN $15.00 FEE FOR ALL C.O.D. SHIPMENTS AND A $55.00 COLLECTION FEE & BANK CHARGES PER NSF CHECK. WE ACCEPT ATM, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE PAID IN ADVANCE BY WIRE TRANSFER OR LETTER OF CREDIT.
OUR MINIMUM ORDER IS $60.00 PER ORDER PER DESTINATION. THERE IS A $10.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR ORDERS UNDER THE $60.00 MINIMUM. NO ORDERS UNDER $25.00 WILL BE EXCEPTED.
STANDARD PACKAGING ARE BOX PACKAGED EITHER PER UNIT OR LARGER
INCREMENTS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER STORAGE OR MISUSE BY THE CUSTOMER.
PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND PACKING SLIP.
ALL INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT ON YOUR RETURN.
A 35% RE-STOCKING CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL GOODS THAT ARE AUTHORIZED FOR RETURNS EXCLUDING GOODS DETERMINED TO BE DEFECTIVE. ALL REQUEST FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. INVOICE NUMBER IS REQUIRED.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE & ACCOMPANIED BY A TECHNICIANS LETTER EXPLAINING THE DEFECT, INCLUDING COPY SAMPLES, LOT NUMBERS & MACHINE LOG.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
PRODUCTS OVER 60 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
THE CUSTOMER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT CHARGES OUTBOUND & BACK FOR ANY REFUSED SHIPMENTS.
AUTHORIZATION RETURN SLIP TAGS CAN BE PROVIDED FOR A CHARGE OF $8.00 PER LABLE. TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
WE STRIVE TO INSURE ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ACCURATELY & COMPLETELY. ALL SHIPMENTS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY DURING SHIPMENT UNTIL SIGNED FOR BY RECIPIENT. CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WHILE GOODS ARE IN TRANSIT ARE TO BE SETTLED BETWEEN RECIPIENT & TRANSPORTATION CARRIER.
ANY DAMAGED PACKAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE TRANSPORTATION CARRIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
WHEN MAKING A CLAIM ON A DAMAGED COPIER IT IS REQUIRED THAT AN OFFICIAL CLAIM FORM BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY.
OUR CARTRIDGES ARE FREE OF DEFECTS IN BOTH MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP. ALL REMANUFACTURED CARTRIDGES ARE REMANUFACTURED TO OEM SPECIFICATIONS. WE WILL REPLACE REMANUFACTURED CARTRIDGES FOUND TO BE DEFECTED.
UPON MALFUNCTION OR DAMAGE, THE CUSTOMER SHALL SUBMIT A COPY OF THE INVOICE FOR SERVICE CHARGES ALONG WITH A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE SERVICING DEALER. THE STATEMENT SHOULD INCLUDE DETAILS OF THE MALFUNCTION AND / OR DAMAGED TOGETHER WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
SAMPLES OF TONER & DEVELOPER WHICH WERE IN THE MACHINE AT THE TIME OF MALFUNCTION MUST BE FORWARDED. INCLUDE THE RUN NUMBER ON THE TONER BOTTLE, CARTRIDGE ETC.
A COPY OF THE SERVICE LOG FOR THE LAST YEAR MUST ALSO BE INCLUDED.
NO CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS GATHERED. AT THAT TIME, THE QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT WILL REVIEW THAT CLAIM & DETERMINE FAULT & ADEQUATE COMPENSATION.
THE TAMPERING OF ANY CARTRIDGE BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN OUR REPRESENTATIVE VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES & RELEASES OUR LIABILITY AS STATED ABOVE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH PROTECTION. ANY RETURN WITHOUT PROPER PACKAGING WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
